Westside Estate Agency to add Malibu office

Westside Estate Agency, a Beverly Hills-based real estate brokerage known for its star-powered clientele, is opening an office in Malibu.

It would be the company’s second location. Last year the agency booked more than $1 billion in sales, and co-founders Stephen Shapiro and Kurt Rappaport were ranked the top two agents in Los Angeles County.

Westside Estate Agency has represented some of the biggest names in entertainment and business, including Larry Ellison, the founder of Oracle Corp., who has spent close to $200 million on Malibu real estate since 2003.
