Robert D. Kaplan’s scholarly thesis on the historical geopolitical realities of the Arab world as it now relates to the Iraq dilemma should be required reading for President Bush. He would find his strategy to win in Iraq like his reasons for invading -- without factbut unfortunately at the expense of our national pride for years to come.
