Honorees: L.A. developer Eli Broad is among this year’s recipients of the Andrew Carnegie Medals of Philanthropy. Other recipients are the Mellon and Heinz families of Pittsburgh and the Tata family of India, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
