* Kansas City 2, at Oakland 1: John Buck broke up a scoreless game with a two-run homer in the ninth inning against Justin Duchscherer.
* Angels 7, at Texas 2: Jered Weaver gave up one run and six hits in seven innings, his longest outing of the season.
