Woman to testify against policeman

A woman pleaded guilty to helping dispose of the body of a pregnant woman named Jessie Davis and agreed to testify against Davis’ boyfriend, Bobby L. Cutts Jr., a suspended policeman charged with aggravated murder and other crimes in Davis’ death.
Myisha Ferrell, 30, who went to high school with Cutts, was sentenced to two years in prison but will be eligible for release after one year as part of her plea deal. Cutts’ trial starts Feb. 4. If convicted, he could be executed.
