Re “Supreme Court to rule on right to keep handguns,” Nov. 21

When the Supreme Court decides if the ban on handguns in the District of Columbia is constitutional, I am confident that the strict constructionists on the bench will recall that when the 2nd Amendment was ratified, the only arms available were muzzle-loading, smoothbore flintlock muskets.
