A gem, revealed

I’M both sad and happy that you reported on this gem (“It’s a Spicy, Splendid Hot Pot Adventure,” Sept. 26). On Dal 2 is one of my favorite places because it reminds me of home. I’m sad because I now fear it will be flooded with people and the already long waits will become even longer. And I’m happy that, finally, Korean food is starting to get the recognition it deserves.
They say we are the most stubborn of all Asians, which is why our food hasn’t assimilated well into the Asian invasion of the P.F. Chang’s and Rock ‘n’ Roll Sushi bars that make up a lot of the Asian food culture in America.
