Robbers make off with $6.3 million
From Times Wire Reports
Masked robbers armed with automatic weapons stole about $6.3 million from a cash depot in suburban Copenhagen and left explosives in their wake to delay pursuit, police said.
As many as six robbers wearing masks crashed a forklift through the wall of the depot in Glostrup, police said.
The gunmen sped off in several cars, leaving a bag with nearly 4 1/2 pounds of plastic explosives. It was not immediately clear whether the explosives were primed to detonate.
The robbers also spread metal spikes on nearby roads.
