Army copter crash kills 11
From Times Wire Reports
An army helicopter crashed during anti-narcotics operations in western Mexico, killing 11 soldiers.
Witnesses said they heard the engine of the Bell 212 helicopter cut out as it tried to land in a rural area of Michoacan state.
Michoacan’s green hills and avocado fields hide methamphetamine labs and landing strips for planes moving cocaine to the United States.
