Beheading suspect in court
From Times Wire Reports
A man who witnesses said stabbed and beheaded his seat mate, a 22-year-old carnival worker, on a Greyhound bus appeared in court.
Vince Weiguang Li, 40, of Edmonton has been charged with second-degree murder. He shuffled into the courtroom in Manitoba with his head bowed and feet shackled.
He did not reply when the judge asked whether he was going to get a lawyer, and only nodded when asked whether he was using his right not to speak. He did not have to enter a plea.
