Ken Salazar (D-Colo.) as Interior secretary said Karen Schambach, the California coordinator for the group Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, supported Rep. Mike Thompson (D-St. Helena) for the position. She supported Rep. Raul M. Grijalva (D-Ariz.).
