RV shipments fall 72% in November

Recreational vehicle shipments tumbled 72% in November to the lowest level for the month in at least 30 years as credit tightened amid the recession.

Deliveries to retailers plunged to 6,000 from 21,500 a year earlier, the fewest for a November since at least 1978, the Recreation Vehicle Industry Assn. said.
