No dividend
Re “A Cold War redux is seen on horizon,” Jan. 29
You mean to tell me that Ronald Reagan didn’t win the Cold War and make us safe from the Russian boogeyman? Or that the trillions in deficits he ran up with the promise of a lasting peace dividend is a myth? Maybe we should have used our trillions for something else.
