Directors series: Film Independent’s 2008 Director Series will be held Feb. 20 to March 26 at the Landmark in West Los Angeles, featuring Oscar-nominated writer Jose Rivera (“The Motorcycle Diaries”) moderating a round table that includes 2008 Spirit Award nominees Tamara Jenkins (“The Savages”), Jason Reitman (“Juno”) and Julian Schnabel (“The Diving Bell and the Butterfly”).
