Casting call: Uma Thurman as a nanny? That’s the casting for “Eloise in Paris,” an adaptation of the famous children’s books by Kay Thompson to be directed by Charles Shyer for Handmade Films. The role of Eloise is yet to be filled. Filming starts in June.
