Heather Oliver scored 11 points for USC, 10-7 overall and 3-3 in the Pacific 10 Conference, which had won six of its last eight games.

After trailing by three, the Huskies had a 24-5 run over a 14-minute stretch from late in the first half to midway through the second to go ahead, 47-31.

Plouffe, Emily Florence and Jess McCormack had six points apiece during the run.

The Trojans led, 26-23, before going scoreless the last 5:06 of the first half when the Huskies (7-10, 2-3) rolled off 11 consecutive points to lead, 34-26, at halftime.

Plouffe made two free throws to give the Huskies their first lead at 27-26 with four minutes left in the half.

The Trojans shot 26% (18 for 70) from the field, as USC, which rallied from an 11-point halftime deficit to beat Washington State on Thursday, never found its shooting touch to mount any type of rally against the Huskies.

Sara Mosiman scored six straight points for the Huskies to give them an 18-point lead late in the second half.

Plouffe was six for 11 from the field as the Huskies dominated inside behind Plouffe and McCormack.
