Man arrested with shotgun near Capitol

Police arrested a man carrying a shotgun outside the Capitol.
Michael S. Gorbey, 38, was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, U.S. Capitol Police said. He told officers he was going to the Supreme Court.
