IN your Sunday Primetime TV listings [Jan. 6], “The Good Shepherd” was given two stars. Does that mean that the film that was given the Silver Bear at the Berlin Film Festival for Artistic Contribution, named one of the best screenplays of the year by the National Society of Film Critics and was given 3 1/2 stars in Leonard Maltin’s movie guide is only as good as “Reno 911: Miami” and “Phat Girlz” (two stars, according to the L.A. Times) and not as good as “Space Cowboys” and “Flatliners” (three stars)?
