Fire kills six; neighbor, 18, is charged

A house fire killed four children, their mother and grandmother in Youngstown, and an 18-year-old neighbor was charged with murder hours later.
The blaze started near the front of the house, said Fire Chief John O’Neill. It spread quickly and consumed the home. Three other people in the house were injured, authorities said.
Michael Davis was charged with six counts of aggravated murder and six counts of aggravated arson, police said. No motive was disclosed.
