Police say officer killed colleague

A Mexican police officer working as a hit man for drug gangs killed one of his police colleagues in the border city of Juarez, police said.
Francisco Ventura was shot and killed by gunmen in two sport utility vehicles as he drove home.
Federal police arrested three men afterward, including the police officer accused of leading the gunmen.
