Surprise! Just one carry-on

Regarding “Carrying on,” On the Spot, May 18: We found out about the one piece carry-on rule when we were in line to go through the security check at Heathrow airport. Luckily, we had just one piece each, but all around us people were repacking, if they could. Others were sent back to buy a larger carry-on case.
