North to ban border crossings

North Korea says it will ban South Koreans from crossing the border for joint projects beginning next month, accusing its neighbor of seeking confrontation.
The North’s official Korean Central News Agency said that the country’s military had taken action to “cut off all the overland passages” across the border beginning Dec. 1.
