Nine linked to Islamic terror group convicted
TIMES WIRE REPORTS
A Paris criminal court convicted nine people on terrorism charges, including a French Algerian former inmate who admitted establishing a group that called for jihad in France.
Safe Bourada, 38, was sentenced to 15 years, while eight others received penalties of one to nine years on charges linked to financing of and association with the terrorist group.
It was suspected of planning attacks on the Paris Metro and Orly airport.
