Attacks by pair called unlikely

Two white supremacists charged with plotting to behead blacks and assassinate Barack Obama were likely too disorganized to carry out the attacks, authorities said.
Paul Schlesselman, 18, and Daniel Cowart, 20, had guns capable of creating carnage, authorities said, but they blundered by drawing attention to themselves by etching swastikas on a car, knowing each other only for a month and being unable to pull off a robbery. A friend turned them in.
