Grenade attack toll rises to eight

Officials say a 13-year-old boy has died of wounds sustained during a grenade attack on a Mexican Independence Day celebration, bringing the death toll to eight.
The Michoacan state attorney general’s office identified the boy as Angel Herrera. More than 100 people were wounded Monday when two grenades were lobbed into a large crowd in the state capital, Morelia.
