A woman who had planned to spend a quiet Easter at home is $33 million richer after hitting the second largest Megabucks jackpot in history at a casino. Slot machine maker International Game Technology said Rachael Renee Romanick hit the jackpot Sunday at Terrible’s Rail City in Sparks. Romanick, 38, said a friend persuaded her to join him and that she had played the machine for about 10 minutes when she landed the prize.
