Obama’s male bias

I do believe that President-elect Barack Obama has a “well-stocked Cabinet” -- one stacked with men.

Obama’s appointment of only three women to his Cabinet is extremely disappointing. That his Cabinet will have the same number of women as President Clinton’s 1993 appointments is a failure of creative thinking, management recruitment and recognition of the important value that women bring to these critically important positions.

I had hoped for change, but the country got more of the same (gender).
