Fee hikes come with free market

Re: “Boosting your fees because they can,” July 19:

Lazarus shows no understanding whatever of free-market capitalism. The job of a corporation is to maximize profits for shareholders in any legal and ethical way possible, and that is what the four wireless phone companies are doing. If you don’t like it, then don’t buy a cellphone.
