THEY’RE JUST FAMILY

They may live in McMansions and tawk like this, but “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” say comparisons to “The Sopranos” are pure baloney, or is that Bolognese?

“I think it’s brilliant marketing on Bravo’s part, but the buck stops there. There’s no truth to that,” says mom of three Caroline Manzo.

Still, la famiglia plays a big role in Bravo’s peek inside the Garden State suburbs. Tables may be flying on Tuesday’s season finale (10 p.m. Bravo) as Caroline, her sister Dina and cast-mate Teresa Giudice lock arms against neighborhood vamp Danielle Staub, a divorcee with allegations of stripping and accomplice to kidnapping in her past, who threatens their domestic bliss.

“If Danielle attempts to have any kind of altercation with me, bring it on,” Caroline warns ominously.

When Caroline’s sister-in-law, Jacqueline Laurita, the show’s gentle heart, tries to defend Danielle, they’re quick to warn her to back off.

But probably Caroline’s biggest challenge will be screening the women whom she says are now flocking after her bachelor boys, Christopher and Albie. “I’m not a devoted TV mom; I’m a devoted mom,” she says.
