Qualcomm Inc., the world’s largest maker of chips for mobile phones, said South Korea was looking into the lawfulness of some of its business practices.
The Korea Fair Trade Commission issued a report looking at the inclusion of multimedia features in its chips and rebates and discounts for customers, the San Diego company said. Qualcomm said its actions were lawful.
