‘The National Parks’: In some editions of Friday’s Calendar section, the review of Ken Burns’ “The National Parks: America’s Best Idea” referred to the extinction of the carrier pigeon. It is the passenger pigeon that is extinct. Also, the review said that John D. Rockefeller “gave us Jackson Hole and much of the Tetons.” John D. Rockefeller Jr. donated the land.
