The most common headaches are those caused by tension in your shoulders, neck or jaw. But knowing what causes them often doesn’t help manage the pain. Here’s a doctor who can offer some suggestions.

Dr. Paul Christo, director of Multidisciplinary Pain Fellowship Training Program at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, will be the featured guest at a live Web chat Wednesday at 9 a.m. PST.

The National Institute of Neurological Disorders here defines two types of headaches: primary, which occurs independently of a medical condition, and secondary, which may be a symptom of another health disorder.
