Southwest Chamber Music: Ascending Dragon Music Festival Concert The cultural exchange between Vietnam and the United States celebrates the 1,000th anniversary of the founding of the City of Hanoi and features seven concerts in Los Angeles and Pasadena and five concerts in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and works by both American and Vietnamese composers including Ton, du Bois, Vu, Rohde, Nguyen, and Messiaen.
