It was an absolute pleasure reading your critique. Insightful rather than snarky. Intelligent and witty, rather than mean-spirited and loaded with childish personal attacks. To 2010, when designers and artists stop repackaging old ideas and designs as new and start using their creativity to create the New.

Between cleaning up leftover Christmas chaos, wrapping paper, receipts and broken ornaments. I stopped to read the newspaper and spotted your article.

Loved it! I wonder how all the pretty young things in Hollywood are feeling now that you have told them that their platform shoes are “out.” Now, if you could turn your crystal ball into the future and show an eclectic mix of fashion tastes, then perhaps the retailers would not adhere to the pervasive sameness that will, of course, abound.
