Overrated/Underrated: An item in the Overrated/Underrated feature in Sunday’s Calendar section said that 7-Eleven stores were offering points redeemable toward the online games Farmville and Mafia Wars with every purchase. The points are available only with select purchases.

James N. Wood obituary: The obituary of J. Paul Getty Trust President and Chief Executive James N. Wood in the June 13 California section misspelled the last name of his daughter Rebecca Breen as Green.

Hiltzik column: Michael Hiltzik’s column in Sunday’s Business section says that $1 billion in revenue from a state oil severance tax would benefit 1 billion children in the CalWORKS program. As indicated elsewhere in the column, the correct figure is more than 1 million children.

Michelle Obama in L.A.: An article in Wednesday’s LATExtra section about the visit of First Lady Michelle Obama to Los Angeles included a photo of her, her daughter Malia and her mother, Marian Robinson, at Game 6 of the NBA Finals at Staples Center on Tuesday. The caption erred in stating that the game was played Wednesday.
