Hawaii: Snag a room and free Wi-Fi for $99 at Outrigger Luana Waikiki

Going to Hawaii for business or pleasure? Either way a stay at the Outrigger Luana Waikiki in Honolulu comes with free Wi-Fi and other computer services for rates that start at $99 per night plus tax.
The deal: The hotel is promoting the special rate to business travelers, pointing to free access to a 24-hour business center with computers, printers and fax machines as well as free Wi-Fi in rooms, the lobby and the pool deck. But I think it’s also great for vacationers who can enjoy the Internet perks along with Waikiki Beach, which is about 10 minutes away by foot.
When: The offer is good for stays through Dec. 21, based on availability.
Tested: I recently checked online and easily found four nights starting Nov. 12 at the $99 pre-tax, nightly rate. Each of the hotel’s 217 rooms has a balcony and is decorated in a tropical motif reminiscent of old Hawaii. The special rate represents a savings of $20 per night.
