Have your own gastronomic dose of 4th of July fireworks with the Rice & Company sushi/cocktail pairing called Firework Roll and Bombshell. A trendy Asian dining hotspot at Luxor Hotel and Casino, Rice & Company is offering this intriguing dish – a spicy seaweed roll and a refreshing cocktail – in celebration of America’s Independence Day.

The Firework Roll tastes like an explosion of spices. Its flavors are complex – spicy tuna, avocado, yellowtail and caviar wrapped in seaweed and topped with spicy mayo and hot chili sauce. It’s a creation of Executive Sushi Chef Danny Chen, who is celebrated for his tropically influenced sushi and sashimi. After indulging in a burst of fiery flavor, soothe yourself with the Bombshell cocktail, an invigorating concoction made with Absolut Vodka, Triple Sec and Chambord. It’s served, naturally, with pop rocks (for that extra flair). It’s all yours for $26.
