Stoney’s Rockin’ Country has scored a new 19,000-square-foot Strip-side spot. The honky-tonk nightclub has undergone a $2.5-million revamp with new attractions like beer pong, line-dancing lessons and, naturally, bikini bull-riding competitions. Patrons can catch live music acts, watch deejays spin or sidle up to a pair of giant bars where bartenders in daisy dukes serve up Jack and Cokes.
