The Juice Standard

Whether you’re just grabbing your daily juice, stocking up for the week, recovering from a rough weekend or feeling a cold coming on, chances are there’s a juice on the menu for you at one of the many juicers in town — available in both alcoholic and nonalcoholic versions, of course!

Juices at the Juice Standard are made from a cold-pressing process that applies 1,500 pounds of pressure to raw, 100% organic produce. The shop’s newest location at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offers juice blends and nut milks, along with fresh juice cocktails.

Try the establishment’s hangover preventative, the Bee Cosmopolitan ($12). A sweet and refreshing blend of lemon, agave, beets and Bentonite clay that is flavorful and healthy, the drink is best consumed before or after a night out and before going to sleep because the clay absorbs harmful toxins from the body.

The philosophy behind the Juice Standard’s recipes is, as co-founder Jamie Stephenson puts it, inspired by “two words: flavor and function.”

Squeeze

All of Squeeze’s juices, infusions, extractions and purees are house-made, created by chefs in a custom juicing production kitchen at the Linq Hotel and Casino. Squeeze also offers a fall bar to spike any juices or fusions.

The Citrus Supreme ($6.95), a blend of orange, tangerine and grapefruit, and the Blueberry Faux-ito ($6.95), a blend of blueberries, watermelon, lime and mint, are summer favorites.

Besides the more than 30 menu items to choose from, Squeeze also sells juice to order, so you can make your own combination.
