Actor and former SAG President Alan Rosenberg is ready to call it quits in Santa Monica, listing his home in the area for sale at $4.495 million.
Fronted by ivy-draped gates, the 1920s Spanish-style home is entered through a rustic wood front door.
Original details throughout the roughly 3,500 square feet of living space include custom tile, wrought-iron rails, arched doorways and built-ins. The country kitchen features beamed ceilings and a center island. A breakfast nook with window-bench seating sits adjacent.
Four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms complete the floor plan.
An upper level balcony looks down onto the landscaped backyard, where a large patio connects to a pool and spa surrounded by tile.
John Hathorn of Pacific Union International holds the listing.
Rosenberg, 67, is known for his roles in legal dramas such as “Civil Wars” and “L.A. Law.” His other television credits include “ER,” “Chicago Hope” and “Suits.”
He was president of the Screen Actors Guild from 2005-09.
