Actress-model Andie MacDowell has bought a Spanish-style house in Los Feliz for $1,262,500, public records show.

Although built in 1931, the pied-a-terre has a more modern vibe with clean interior lines. Arches, the original wood floors and built-ins retain the architectural character.

The high-ceiling living room features a beamed ceiling and a fireplace. A cottage-style kitchen includes a breakfast area that opens to an outdoor dining patio.

Living space of 2,275 square feet includes a dining room, a den with a decorative fireplace, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Views take in Griffith Observatory and the surrounding hillsides. An in-ground spa sits in the back lawn.

MacDowell, 56, has modeled for such brands as Yves Saint Laurent, Armani and Bill Blass. Work for Calvin Klein helped MacDowell land her 1984 film debut in “Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes.” Her memorable film work includes “Four Weddings and a Funeral,” “Groundhog Day” and “Sex, Lies, and Videotape.”

She starred in the television series “Cedar Cove” in 2013 and 2014 and will be in the upcoming film “Magic Mike XXL.”

The property previously sold in 2005 for $1.277 million. Hat tip goes to Celebrity Aerial Address for unearthing MacDowell’s purchase.

The transaction took place outside the Multiple Listing Service.
