Talent manager Arthur Spivak, whose artist roster over the years has included Prince and Tori Amos, has put up his posh place in Beverly Hills. The property, which is currently pending sale, is listed at $9.895 million.

The French Country-inspired home has more than 7,600 square feet of space and pairs formal living spaces with amenities including a gym, a yoga room and a turf-lined dog spa.

Through double doors, the estate opens to a two-story foyer with tile floors and a winding staircase. A formal living room with a fireplace sits on one side, and a blue-and-gold dining room sits on the other.

Beamed ceilings and yellow cabinetry touch up the center-island kitchen. Other living spaces include a rounded breakfast nook, a wet bar and an office with French doors.

Seven bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms fill out the floor plan. Four chandeliers top the master suite, which holds a lounge and dual-sided fireplace.

A private terrace extends outside, descending via spiral staircase to the hedged grounds complete with a swimming pool and spa. A similarly styled guesthouse finishes off the property.

Rochelle Maize and Gayle Weiss of Nourmand & Associates hold the listing.

Since founding Spivak Entertainment in the early ’90s, Spivak has represented bands such as Queens of the Stone Age, 30 Seconds to Mars, Yellowcard and Three Days Grace.
