Goran Visnjic of the series “Crossing Lines” and “Extant” has sold his romantic Mediterranean-style showplace in Hollywood Hills for $4.56 million.

Built in 1937, the gated home in the Bird Streets area retains its vintage vibe. Nearly 4,000 square feet of living space include a spacious formal living room, a family room, a library with custom woodwork, a center-island kitchen, a wine cellar, a den, an office, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a powder room. There are fireplaces in the living room and master suite, which also contains a yoga room and a sunroom.

Outdoors, a Moroccan-style living room with a sunken round seating area takes center stage. The quarter-acre lot has a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and dining room, and lawn.
