Joe Dahan of Joe’s Jeans fame has put his compound in Hollywood Hills West back on the market at $7.25 million.
Designed by modernist architect Hal Levitt, the 1969 main house features walls of glass, built-ins, slanted ceilings and terrazzo floors.
There are two detached glass structures on the one-acre property, which features a swimming pool, a bamboo grove, multiple gardens, a greenhouse and a long gated driveway.
Living spaces include an entry, living, dining and family rooms, a bonus room, a gym, a guest house, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The living room and master bedroom have fireplaces.
Dahan, the founder and creative director of the jeans company, bought the property in 2005 for $4.65 million. He has served as president and head designer of Joe’s Jeans since 2001.
The property was previously listed at $9.995 million in 2013 and at $8.495 million last year.
Richard Ehrlich of Westside Estate Agency is the listing agent.
