Film and television producer Joshua Donen, who holds credits on “Gone Girl” and “House of Cards,” has put his Malibu home on the market for $4.995 million.

The two-story Midcentury home sits on half an acre of garden-filled grounds designed by landscape architect Sean Knibb.

Inside, white walls and dark hardwood floors mix with clean lines and open living spaces. Within 3,344 square feet of interiors are a family room, dining area, center-island kitchen, four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

A step-down living room, equipped with a fireplace and built-ins, provides views of the backyard through a wall of windows. The grounds include a covered patio, fire pit, pool and sports court all enclosed by privacy hedges.

Cooper Mount of the Agency is the listing agent.

Donen, 62, produced a few films in the ’90s, such as “The Underneath” (1995) and “The Great White Hype” (1996), before expanding to television. More recently, he was the executive producer on an episode of the Netflix show, “Mindhunter.”
