Kristen Dalton is ready to reprise her role as a landlord in Beverly Hills
Actress Kristen Dalton has a Beverly Hills investment property up for lease at $6,500 a month, long-term.
Built in 1962 to evoke the French Normandy style, the house has been redone with Italian building materials, cherry floors, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and open-plan living areas.
The 2,016 square feet of white-walled interior space include a living room with fireplace, an 800-square-foot bonus room, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Sliding glass doors access patio and deck spaces. There’s also a high-tech security system.
Dalton’s acting credits date back to “Tango & Cash” in 1989 and include ”Steel Rain” (2017), “Jack Reacher” (2012) and “The Departed” (2006). She appears this year in the series “Hawaii Five-O.”
The 52-year-old bought the property in 1999 for $557,000, public records show, and has been leasing it out for at least a decade.
