Maggie Lawson sells charming cottage in Hollywood Hills
Maggie Lawson has sold a charming bungalow in Hollywood Hills for $1.205 million.
Built in 1928 and renovated to add a clean, polished shine, the cottage has 1,406 square feet of interior space, including an updated kitchen, open plan living areas, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and a storage room off the garage are among new features.
Glass doors open to patios with seating areas and pristine garden spaces.
The two-car garage has been converted into a stylish art studio with a vaulted, open beam ceiling. The gated driveway has room to park four cars.
Lawson, 34, was a regular on “Psych” from 2006 to 2014. Since last year, she has been appearing on “Two and a Half Men.” She also starred in the series “Back in the Game” (2013-14).
The actress bought the property in December 2013 for $1.1 million.
Margaret Arana and Joseph Pasquale of Nourmand & Associates were the listing agents. Jenny Morant of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
