Actress Mitzi Gaynor is putting her longtime home in Beverly Hills on the market at $5.495 million.
The nearly 4,200-square-foot Spanish villa, built in 1929, features beamed ceilings, leaded glass skylights, inlaid wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors. A balcony off the master suite overlooks the swimming pool and yard of the close to one-third-acre property.
There is also a maid’s room for a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
A singer and a dancer, Gaynor made a name for herself as a leading lady in musicals such as “South Pacific.”
