Nikki Sixx of Motley Crue just bought a mansion in Westlake Village so now he’s listed his place in a gated Calabasas community for sale at $2.399 million.
Set on a third-acre corner lot and designed for entertaining, the stone-clad house features wood floors, an office with built-ins, a loft, a music room/home theater, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. A waterfall sits in the garden courtyard.
A swimming pool, spa and barbecue center with fireplace and pizza oven complete the grounds.
He spent $1.89 million for the property in 2011, public records show.
Sixx, 55, founded Motley Crue in 1981 with drummer Tommy Lee. The bassist/songwriter has also worked on songs with Alice Cooper and Meat Loaf, among others.
He married Courtney Bingham, 28, this year. They spent $4.125 million on their Westlake Village house, which has 10,300 square feet of living space.
Cindee Zabner of Keller Williams is the listing agent of Sixx’s Calabasas home and represented the couple in their purchase.
