Retired NHL right wing Owen Nolan and his wife, Diana, have listed their home in San Jose for sale at $4.9 million.

The Mediterranean-inspired home, built in 2010, occupies more than three acres in the foothills of Almaden Valley with sprawling city views. Clad in hardwood and detailed molding, the nearly 9,500 square feet of living space includes a chef’s kitchen, formal dining room, grand living room, five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three powder rooms.

A home theater, a wood-paneled office and a recreation room with a wet bar are among the features. The master suite has a generous walk-in closet and a large soaking tub.

The property last sold in June 1999 for $625,000, according to public records. Mark Chiavetta of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.

Nolan and his wife own another home at the Almaden Country Club in San Jose that they purchased in late 2013 for $1.865 million. In 2012, the couple sold a 1,157-acre ranch in the foothills of Mount Hamilton to Santa Clara County for $2.65 million.
